Hi guys,
I need some help with licenses. I have a Power BI Pro, and now I needed to publish to web but I am not able to because I am not on Microsoft 365 which means I am not a Global Admin, which means I cannot access tenant settings under Admin portal in Power BI Service. Do I have to purchase M365 E3 License again? Or how should I go about it because I am only interested in Power BI Pro license? Thanks.

Hi @MKE
If you don't use Office 365, then the first person who creates a Power BI tenant becomes the Administrator. If you are not the Administrator and don't see the tenant setting under Admin ports in Service, then you need to use that first sign up account to make this change.
Hope this helps
