Licensing Issue

Hello Power Bi Community, I am developer with both pro and Premium per user License at this point, When I create reports and share with users who have pro license, they are asked to buy premium license, Can someone advise what of license me and users will need??

@bcdobbs Thank you so much!, I changed the setting to pro now, looks like this was the cause of problem.

Have a look at the workspace setting into which you are publishing. You can change it between pro and premium per user.

If the workspace is set to premium per user then all users need premium per user licences.
