HI all
Ive developed a published database that I allow users to use in their workspaces. Id like to push custom themes to them as well. What is the best way to do this. From what Ive seen I can load custom themes through the desktop application but I can I push it to users in the service. Do I have to load it in my published DB in the desktop, then publish? I dont see a way of selecting Themes when Im in a workspace in the service. Thanks for the info.
yes sorry users are using the sames shared dataset. but the theme from that dataset is not transmitting into the development workspaces.
Hi @bwhitlock
Yes you need to use desktop for the matter.

Thank you for the quick reply. Now Im noticing that my main db has the new pallet but its not pushing out to the other workspaces. Is there a way to force that out?
Sorry but what do you mean? Workspaces! DB has new pallet!...

In the PowerBI Service we create workspaces. Within the workspace we create a report using the main database. This db is actually located in one of the workspaces.
Each workspace has one or more datasets not DB. The DB is the one that you build out of it the Dataset. So in order to see it happen to all your Workspaces and if the Dataset is the same then you need to publish it to all of the rest of the Workspaces.
