JIRA API - Dynamic Data Source Refresh

I am connecting to a Jira account. I'd like to be able to schedule a refresh on this data however as it's a dynamic source it won't let me. You provided a solution here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Error-while-schedule-refresh-getting-error-quot-This-datase... whose code was similar to mine, however, mine is not authorised via 'Basic' but instead by means of org account credentials.

Is there a way to adjust the code you provided for ehangreens to work with my code?
