Items not appearing in PowerBI navitation menu

I have created a Power BI app, and added a number of reports and items.  I have edit the app and added a number of items to the navigation - and when I preview it, everything looks fine

However, when I actually go to the live page, only 4 items are visible in the site navigation. How can I get all the items to appear?

With the new Audiences feature, you need to do 3 things:

  1. Add the reports to the app by clicking the Add Content button. It looks like you've done that.
  2. Go to each audience and unhide the new content by clicking on the eye ball. All content is hidden by default to prevent accidental exposure of reports to the wrong audiences.
  3. Publish the app and wait at least 1-2 minutes before thinking it didn't work. Right after publishing and going to it the new content is almost never there. Just wait, refresh the page, and it should show up.
