What is your data source? Could you please provide more description about your scenario?

Please update your Data Gateway to the latest version for a test.

Our Data Source is Microsoft SQL Server and connected through personal gateway.

We have updated the data source gateway as well. We are able to refresh and publish the reports from desktop manually, but whenever we try to schedule the refresh it is showing the above error.

And also, Is there any problem if we use service account to connect to the data source?
