Hello,
Has an issue been reported with the Map-visual? Was informed by a user that the map did not show any locations in the Online Service. However, when I look into my PBIX-file there is not issue with the maps (still showing intended locations).
See example below.

I have located the issue. In our organization we use a customized design template, which apparently started creating some issues showing the visuals correctly. After removing the design and inserting it once again it works again.
otherwise, thank you very much for your support.
Hi @SHS ,

Hi @SHS,
Could you provide further clarification on this detail? I'm encountering the same issue but struggling to grasp why the maps and some of the data in the bar charts go blank every time they refresh online.
Thanks,

Hi @SHS ,
1. The first step is to check if you can access and use Bing Maps in IE. This may be a compatibility problem between the old version of the browser and the Power BI service, you can use other web browsers to test.
2. Click "Options" -> "Data Loading", clear the cache and reopen Power BI, then check to see if the problem still exists
3. Please check if the firewall is blocking the bing address.

Hi @v-yangliu-msft,
Thank you for your support on above. However, I have since found out that unfortunately it is not only my map visual that is failing. I have found visuals in other reports (mainly pie and bar charts). This is only some visuals, while others in the same report works fine (see below screenshots). Some of the visuals do not have any calculated columns or measures, so I really can't figure out why this is happening. As said, in my desktop-file, every visual are showing correclty.
