Existing process is - DB -> Dataflow -> Brought into Power BI Desktop to create visualiazation - > Published Report to Power BI Service.
I am able to get the datalfow and dataset to refresh automatically with a scheduled refresh. However the report seems to be requiring refreshing from the Power BI Desktop instead of the dataflow connected to the Database. Is there a way to directly connect via the dataflow instead of using Power BI desktop. I need this automated all the way. Currently i am havign to manually refresh the desktop file and then publish to PowerBi Service.
Any insights ? This is my first project with Power BI and its urgent.
Thanks
