The above is how my table looks in report builder and when exported from the power bi service as a pdf.
However the below is how it displays in Power BI itself. This looks like an issue in rendering in Power BI Service.

I can't reproduce your issue. It will be nice that you can show use rdl file with the issue. Please remove sensitive data before you share it.

This is really strange! We have seen issues with exports due to alignments in paginated but it does render same at both builder and service! Could you please post the design of table from report builder here to look further!
I guess you may need to open a bug with MS for this!
