Hello Everyone,
I built a Power BI datasets with SQL Table and an excel files, this excel file is stored in Teams and is here to allow my user to modifiy my measure filters.
Here it is where my issue starts
-I add a new column in my excel files and save it
-In Power BI Services, I click on refresh dataset --> My new column is not appearing in my dataset
-I download the Power BI dataset and open it, in my fields, I select the table with data from excel and click on refresh data, the column appears (if I perform a refresh in PQ, the result is the same)
Any idea of what I'm doing wrong?
Thank you for your help
I change the connector from Web to Sharepoint Folder, I made a refresh and everything looks to work
I modified my excel file once again, and I started a refresh, I keep you inform if it works (or not)
Hi! @Cookistador
I am glad that it worked. Please let me know if you managed to solve it or not.
Hi! @Cookistador
Could be a sync issue. What is the connector used for excel files?
Thank you for your reply
But the issue is not coming from a sync issue
I have perofrm some tests with both connectors, and the issue is the same, it doesn't detect new columns
