Issue while importing data from database to dataflow

Hi All,

 

When we are importing data into dataflow side, we are facing some issue like: An exception occurred: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Character set 'utf8mb3' is not supported by .Net Framework.' (Session ID: 369ee8f3-3b75-4f35-bb77-a6c076b46c5b, Region: southeastasia).

 

Any Idea?
