Issue in Single Signing ON in Power BI with Servicenow

Dear Concern,

I try to log in my ServiceNow account (on which is Single Sign-On enabled) on Power BI, I am not able to log in my service now account over Power Bi. Every time it shows wrong credentials, But I am able to login with the same account on Service Now, 

Same thing I tried with the Personal Development Instance Service Now, Where I was able to log in.

Can you please suggest a way that how can I login in spite of Single Sign-On.

Welcome to community!

According to this article, 

To connect Servicenow you will need:

• An account that can access yourorganization.service-now.com with Basic authentication (Single Sign-On is not supported in this version)
• The account must have rest_service role and read access to incident table
