A border appears around one visual on every page of a published report. The border disappears whenever any action is performed; it seems like the page loads with a viz "selected". I thought it may be due to an overlapping issue, but that was not it. No borders are enabled anywhere, and this issue does not present itself in desktop.

According to my research, a similar issue has been reported internally, so stay tuned. ICM: 347527225
Please be patient to wait for fixing.
I will update here once I get any information.
And this issue is expected to be fixed in december.
