I am creating some metrics to track sales for the year, i am wondering if it is possible to apply the same status rules to every single metric or if i really have to individually add the same status rules for every metric.
example of what i want to do
I want to track all of my metrics monthly, e.g. if the goal is under 1/12th (8.33%) there by the end of jan then show as 'at risk' , 2/12ths (16.67%) by the end of Feb, same thing, etc... if not then show as "on track". This means 13 status rules for a single metric.
I am going to have over 30 metrics (including submetrics) to track, is there a simpler way to apply the same status rules to every single one? It is going to take me hours and hours to apply each status rule to each metric if not.
Thanks in advance
Grace
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
This is not in power BI Desktop. This is using metrics in the power BI Service
My apologies. I was not able to make out the snapshot your provided.
AFAIK, it has to be done individually. But check this blog (Copy Score card) out, it may give you some ideas.
Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately i dont think i am advanced enough to do something like this.
Thanks anyway.
