Is it possible to send filters (parameters) selection to another dashboard?

Hello everyone,

Currently I'm working in a dashboard with four pages and I'm testing the performance of the dashboard in desktop and web service. So I'm wondering if instead of pages we can use different dashboards. Is it possible to send filters (parameters) selection to another dashboard?

In Power BI desktop you can create Reports, not Dashboards, Dashboards are created in the Power BI service which contains visuals from different reports or a single report page can also be pinned as a dashboard. Hope it is clear.

To your question, filters and slicer selections are not allowed in Dashboards or you cannot send filters (parameters) selection to another dashboard. You can pin one complete page as a dashboard and get the slicer and filter functionality available.

Hi @vicxm19 

Dashboard is created by report or the visual in report in Power BI Service .So you cannot send filters from a dashboard to another dashboard .

If you want to send filters to a dashboard ,you can pin live the whole report to a dashboard .
