Hello,
Can we retrieve the pbix from a power bi published in power bi service ?
Indeed, I am working for a client and I've created and published several reports and I wonder what I should do about the source pbix files. Do I have to store them somewhere in my company's network, or can they retrieve them from power bi service once I have published them ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
It is actually possible, I found out how here : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-export-to-pbix
I'd still encourage you to keep local/network copies as it's not guaranteed downloading the pbix will always work.
