Ipad Power Bi App and Export Options for Reports

Hi,

I have multiple issues\queries with Power BI usage so will list them as much as I can remeber

1) When exporting dataset from power bi desktop & service tablix which has pivoted data gets exported as normal table data, I understand Power Bi does not support exporting as is for now but is that in pipeline and will available in near future or it is not that critical? Is there any work around or alternative for this?

2) on Ipad App I see that there is sort arrow on all columns but actually it is not sorted by All so it is kind of it is giving wrong information.

3) On Ipad we do not have option to pin dashboards.

I think majority are product limitations, so mainly I want to know are they in pipeline or not. First point is exteremely ceritical for business to use Power Bi so that will center of all our talks.

In power Bi desktop, you can export report data to .csv file directly as follows. You also can copy the dataset to excel, more details, please review the blog: EXPORTING DATA FROM POWER BI DESKTOP TO EXCEL AND CSV – PART 1: COPY & PASTE AND DAX STUDIO METHODS.

In Power BI service, you can also export data as .xlsx or .csv file as said in the article: Export data from visualizations.

Hi Angelina, issue here is not an export from data table but export from report view by maintaining pivot activity done on matrix. Because when we export matrix which has pivot done it exports raw data where pivoted columns will go back rows...

Will post smae queries in mobile app community as well.
