Invalid credentials issue while gateway configuration

Hi all, 

I am facing invalid credentials issue while configuring the connection on the gateway installed on the window production server.

Unable to update connection credentials. Invalid connection credentials.



Credential is fine as working on the gateway configured on the development machine. The report is getting refreshed. Issue when we try to configure the gateway from the Production server ( window server )

I would make sure that the connections are identical between the servers. As it appears that something is different.

From the error you are getting is you cannot authenticate successfully.

I would log into the Gateway Server and make sure using the credential supplied that you can successfully connect to the oData source?
