Hi All,
When I click on Edit credentails and enter it gives the message as Failed to update......................................................

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

From the error, it seems like you are putting blank as the password. Please try by putting appropriate password and if your actual password in itself is blank, i suggest you to change it and try.
Couple of things you can further try:
1. If this has something to do with organisation's VPN connection, try to connect with appropriate VPN. Sometime credentials are not recognized due to incorrect VPN ebing conencted
2. Check this solved thread which is for saleforce data source invalid creds issue. You can try it for your data source.
