Interactive Power BI Service

I'm new to Power BI and I've searched the forum. I am wondering if this software can be updated dynamically in the service form. For example, I will create the dashboards and formulas. But someone else, who won't be using the desktop, will need to be able to enter data in boxes and get graphs/results. More like a GUI. Is that an option?

The feature is not supported in Power BI as @GilbertQ posted. While you can share your report and dashbord to others. More details, please review this article.

Unfortunately you cannot input any data currently via the Power BI Service directly into a dashboard or dataset. You possibly would have to do this via an external application, after which then your Power BI files gets the data.
