Hi,
I have integrated a Power BI report in a Sharepoint site using the 'Integrate - Power BI - Visualise the List' function. This was working and updating at the start, however I have went into it today after a query and its not showing the correct information? I tried the 'Refresh' button in the report but its still showing the same data?
Anyone have any idea what the issue is? I dont really want to have to recreate these on desktop.
Thanks!

Hi,@hallang
Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
Based on the information you provide, this may be a temporary issue.
Because from the information we received this morning, PowerBI temporarily reported errors in multiple regions:
Now that the issue has been resolved, your report not refreshing may be due to this ephemeral error:
Microsoft Fabric Support and Status | Microsoft Fabric
Of course, if the problem persists, you can try the following troubleshooting:
1.First, check if the data frame has been changed in the refresh data, such as column names and table names.
Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
2.Secondly, you can check whether the following restrictions have been reached, the following is a screenshot of the official document:
The following is a link to the official documentation, I hope it will be helpful to you:

3.Finally, you can ask your administrator for help to check if the following settings are turned off:
Integration admin settings - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Hi,
I actually managed to get it to update by clicking on the 'Sync list structure' Under the file drop down. That seems to have updated everything.
Thanks!
