Incremental refresh for data flows - Premium capacity only?

I'm setting up an incremental refresh policy for a data flow, but now see the message that is only available for Premium Capacity:

Although it was anounced it was also available for Pro licenses here:

Is incremental refresh available for Pro, or is it not?

This is sadly not available for Dataflows its only Datasets, please refer to the comment section of the post.
