I have configured Incremental Refresh so has the data of the last 20 Years and it refreshes only the last 3 months (it runs on SQL Server of an accounting system).
In the case of Accounting Audit needs to enter a Journal Entry for previous year - I need somehow to be able sometimes to refresh the last year also (without opening the Desktop).
It is only sometimes, "by demand". The rest of time it should only refresh the last 3 months.
Any solution to this?

The question is if there is an option to let my users refresh the whole dataset "by demand".
I do have access via SSMS to the partitions, but my users are accounting folks that only work with the service...
Is it possible for them to trigger this special refresh?

@iBusinessBI You *might* be able to get there using a Power Automate flow that you would tie to a Power Automate visual. The flow would trigger a refresh of all of the partititions. This is "in theory", you would have to confirm that it is possible.
