Hello!
So the issue is simple: a given table has 8MM rows in the database (AWS Postgresql RDS, connected via ODBC), but most refreshes will bring just a fraction of that. It's not a file size limit and some weeks ago it was working just fine). After upgrades in desktop and gateway it started to degrade and even roll backs are not bringing the situation to normal.
I know this topic has been brought up sometimes before (i. e. links below). But the fact is, it persists on the latest versions (Desktop and Gateway September update). This is serious! I love PBI, but what good is a data visualization tool that shows wrong data??
I haven't seen the product team addressing this issue here with the proper severity, at least here in the community forum. Can anyone advise me if there is any other forum for tracking when a final solution to this very important issue will be released? Any hot fix, perhaps? My organization is loosing trust in the platform.

Some of them are marked as solved simply because someone said that this is a know issue. We need a proper solution.
Any input is most welcome.
Thanks!
