Include multiple Reports into Subscription

Is it possibble - maybe with using Power Apps / Power Automate - to customize the subscription for a report to have multiple reports in the same email?

Or is there any way to build own reports with Power BI report snapshots ?

Yes, it is possible to customize the subscription for a report to include multiple reports in the same email using Power Automate. Power Automate can be used to send customized emails that include multiple reports. You can set up a flow that triggers at a specific time (like every Wednesday) and compiles the reports you want to include in the email.

As for building your own reports with Power BI report snapshots, Power BI Report Builder is a tool for authoring paginated reports that you can publish to the Power BI service. Hi @joshua1990 -Power BI does not natively support sending multiple reports in the same subscription email. However, you can use Power Automate and Power Apps to customize this process and create a workaround that sends multiple report snapshots in one email.

There are third-party tools, like Power BI Robots or Power ON, that allow more advanced scheduling and distribution options, including sending multiple reports in a single email with customized content.
These tools typically require additional licensing but offer more robust options for automating complex report distribution needs.
