Include in Report Refresh button

Prior to September, I have several data sources where i have "Include in Report Refresh" disabled. Once I published again after a minor change, the scheduled refreshes seem to appear to ignore the data sources with that unchecked. I rechecked the option and republished, then it began to refresh them like it always had. What has changed?

When you disable "Include in Report Refresh", it will not refresh in both Desktop and Services, until you enable it.
