I’ve tried using Edge and PowerPoint, but neither option is ideal. Are there any other methods for presenting Power BI reports on a TV?
Thanks

In 2025, the most efficient ways to display a Power BI dashboard on a TV are:
1. Use Microsoft Edge or Chrome on a Mini PC or Android TV Box
Open the Power BI report in full-screen (F11 or presentation mode).
Use the browser's auto-refresh extensions (e.g., Super Auto Refresh Plus) if live updates are needed.
2. Power BI Publish to Web (For Non-Sensitive Data)
Publish the dashboard (if it doesn't contain confidential data) and open the URL directly on the TV browser.
Embed mode works well for large-screen displays.
3. Power BI App on Microsoft Surface or Laptop with HDMI to TV
Run Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service and mirror the display via HDMI, Miracast, or Chromecast.
Ideal for meetings or real-time walkthroughs.
4. Power BI with PowerPoint Loop (For Non-Interactive View)
Export dashboard to PowerPoint or embed visuals, then run it in a loop.
Great for digital signage or office displays.
Hi @jsjcjsjc
I just wanted to follow up to see if the ideas shared earlier by @dataflip and @DataVitalizer helped with your dashboard display needs.
For showing Power BI dashboards on large screens, you might also consider:
Using a Mini PC or Android TV Box to run a browser in full-screen mode for real-time views.
Publishing dashboards to the web (for non-sensitive data) to get a clean, borderless display.
Simply connecting a laptop with Power BI directly to the TV for quick, interactive demos.

Hi @jsjcjsjc
I usually suggest this to my customers.
Try installing the Power BI Mobile app on your TV, once it's set up, you should be able to access your reports directly.
Just make sure the account you're signed in with has the right access to the reports and workspaces.
Did it work ? 👍 A kudos would be appreciated 📢 Mark it as a solution to help spreading knowledge
