Image not showing on TV Browser

I have an image url for the photo of an user_id that opens normally on my dashboard on powerbi desktop:

when I open it on my PowerBI service, the image embed gets broken:

Does anyone know why this happens?

Power BI Service shows images only if the URL is HTTPS + publicly accessible and the column is set as Image URL. Desktop can load local/intranet links, Service cannot.

 Seems like a lot of people run into this issue. One thing you can try is to display the image using the HTML Content visual:
