Hi,
not sure if my message is in the right location, but I am new with PowerBI. I work as a contractor for another company that uses PowerBI. The want me to acees one of their report. The used my email adress to give me the access and they send me the link. But we I click on it I have this message, it's in french but it says "Sorry, we haven't found the report. It has been deleted or you do not have access for it".
I don't understand why it doesn't work while the company says the gave me access for it.
Can you help me?
I use the free version of PowerBI (apparently it should work even on the free version).
Thank you

Hi @Marion_ ,
Per my test, if the company give you the direct link of the report, not the sharing link of the report, I could reproduce your issue:
Please contact the company to give the link shared with you which is under the report permission as shown below:
Direct link in the address bar:
Sharing link under the report permission:
Best regards,
Joyce

Hi @Marion_, Hope you are doing good!
Please confirm with your company that the report is published in a pro workspace or premium workspace.
You will be able to access the report with free license only if the report is published in a premium capacity workspace, else you should have Pro license assigned and viewer access in the workspace to access the report.
Pro users can share the content with other Pro users. I believe you need a Pro user license to consume content that has been shared.

Thank you.
I told the company but I haven't have any reply from them with a new link....
Thanks anyway, I'm sure it's should work that way.
