I can't log into any fabric programs with my corporate account

Whenever I try to access any application it asks me for the authenticator code, but now even to enter the authenticator it asks me for the athenticator code.

In other words, I can't log in properly to the Power bi page because it automatically plays for the authenticator and I can't log in using my cell phone to the authenticator.

It gives me an option of "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now", however, this option gives me two other options that force me to use the app.

Note: the account I need to access is not the one I am posting.

Is there any way to resolve it? I have already contacted support through Power Bi through my account, because I cannot log in with my company account.

@GilbertQ In this regard, I am the company administrator, I use the account that is the domain administrator. The problem is that I can't log in to the Microsof Authenticator app, because it asks me for a code in the Authenticator itself.
Furthermore, I can't log in to any Fabric product, neither Power BI nor the admin center, etc.

What you are telling me is to download another application besides the Microsoft authenticator, is that it?

If you've set up backup options for Microsoft Authenticator, such as a phone number or alternate email address, you can use those options to verify your identity and temporarily bypass the Authenticator app. This Microsoft support page provides guidance on how to use the backup option:

Check the verification method: Since you mentioned that you are a company administrator, you can visit https://aka.ms/mfasetup to check and update your verification method. This page allows you to view and adjust how you receive verification codes, which may enable you to access your account without the Authenticator app.

I would suggest chatting to your company administrator and asking them to reset your multi factor app, which will enable you to recreate it the next time you log in.
