Hi everybody,
We're a hybrid scenario where we have a big project deployed on a P1 node in a Premium capacity, but the resto of our projects are still working on shared capacity using PRO licenses.
Now we've automatized the workspace creation with a Power Automate flow so the proper users can ask for a workspace creation. However we need that those workspaces are being created on our shared capacity by default. And instead of that, all the workspace creations are assigned to our Premium capacity, unless you change it on the creation process (disabling the right control). The problem is that I can do that on a manual way, but I don't know how to change it in our automatic process.
Is it possible to change this behavior to force workspace creation in shared capacity by default?
Thnak you so much!!
Xavier M.
Hi @xmarti ,
According to the restrictions given in the official document, create workspace in shared capacity by default is not supported, and can only reside workspace on apremium capacity.
Here is the official document link. Deployment pipelines, the Power BI Application lifecycle management (ALM) tool, process - Power BI |...
If the problem is still not resolved, please let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
