How up-to-date are the data from the Admin Portal?

Hello everyone,

can anybody help me and know how up-to-date are the data from the Power BI Admin Portal? I see Teams in the report which doesn't exist anymore. And know anybody how I can grab all data from my tenant? Because I like to know how many reports/ dashboards are in our company.

Hi @KBO,

When you go to Admin Portal, you can use usage metrics. There are some report like the following screenshot shown. With this information, you will be able to get real insights into how people are using Power BI across your organization, and be able to recognize those users, and groups, who are very active in your organization. @v-huizhn-msft Thank you very much for your answer but I know how to use the Admin Portal I only want to know is how fresh are the data? Because I see Teams/ Groups which not existing anymore in our company but the are still there.

Hi @KBO,

For how the admin portal data refresh, I have consulted Product Team, I will post the update if there is any response. The admin portal allows for tenant management of Power BI in your organization.
