How to transfer data gateway to another colleague?

Hi everyone,

Today is my last working day, and I want to ensure that the dashboard I created continues to function smoothly after I leave. I have two main questions:

1. Updating Data Gateway Credentials: Do my colleagues need to update the data gateway credentials using their own credentials after I leave? If so, what is the best way to do this?

2. Automatic Data Refresh: How can I ensure that the automatic data refresh runs smoothly after my departure? Are there specific steps or best practices to follow?

Hi. First think all the places your laptop or account is being used. Let's make sure the gateway is installed in a server and not your work computer. Then, it's important to check the Gateway admins in order to see that there is more than one account (yours and another).

The last thing would be going to the gateway data sources and change all the credentials used by your account. Change those credentials.

You can test if it is working running a test at the gateway for the source or running a manual refresh for the semantic models involved.
