We installed Fabric Capacity Metrics app Install the Microsoft Fabric capacity metrics app - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn but we want to understand how much capacity is being used by each workspace and each user within the workspace. For e.g., if we add one capacity to multiple workspaces how do we know workspaceA using copilot and all other features consumed 50% of capacityA and workspaceB used 20% of workspace. Can someone help how we can do this? Also, can we look at historical consumption of capacity for the past year by each workspace and even at user level?

Hi, @kkadap
Thanks for the reply from GilbertQ , please allow me to provide addition:
Open the app and navigate to the Capacity metrics section. This will give you an overview of your capacity usage.
Workspace-level metrics, to see how much consumption is for each workspace, use the filters available in the app to select a specific workspace. The app provides detailed metrics on how much capacity each workspace consumes. For user-level consumption, you can drill down into workspace metrics to see individual user activity. This will show you the capacity consumed by each user in the workspace.
The app allows you to view historical consumption data. You can select a date range to see usage for the past year or any other specific period. This helps you analyze trends and make informed decisions about capacity planning. If you need a more detailed or customized report, you can export data from the app and use tools like Power BI to create a specific report that meets your requirements.

Hi @kkadap
As far as I know, it is not currently possible to do this very easily with what you are looking to do as well as unfortunately as it stands today, it only keeps 14 days worth of history. I do. have a way to get this working, but this requires my time and effort to get this implemented.
