Is there a way to see what a chosen end-user sees in Power BI, to help provide support by replicating their user experience and issues?

Hi charliedata,
I do not believe there is any way to "sign in as them" and see what they see with their userid. If you are using Row Level Security, you can simulate what their permissions are by using the View AS and/or by setting yourself to the same permissions. As to seeing EXACTLY what is on their screen right now that would not be a Power BI function but you would have to do a screen share with a meeting tool.
