How to show all Mail ID for Report Subscription in the Mail Box ?

Hi Users

When we set auto report subscription in Power BI service , after mail receipt in the mail inbox shows only individual name . 

Is there any process to show that all the subscription mail ID ? It will help to see who are the people getting same report.

Hi @Ashis_Dutta 

We send the report to the user through mail box in subscription . The recipient can only receive the content related to the report, and cannot attach all the user information .  Unless you add the corresponding user information on the report . 

If you have an urgent need for this feature, you can share your idea and vote for it in the Ideas forum , if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

In the Power BI service, open the dashboard or report, and from the top menu bar, select Subscribe

When we received the Pdf or PPT auto mail report from Power BI service through subscription , how to show all the mail subscriber in the mail box ? So that every one could able to see in the mail box who are getting that report. Hope you understand the issue . My role as admin.

No way, because there is no option to set it.
