Thanks, you help me a lot, but I still have some problems.

When I follow your steps I received the ok page set-up in PBI Paginated

Report Builder

But, when I export the report to *.pdf format the format sty unchanged and report is still couple of pages long and splited over the "lettter" page?

Please can you help me how to set-up the report Builder, tahat this set-up will prompt also when I export this file to *.pdf format.

Regards

Milan

Maybe because your report content size is greater than the report size. Report size for an A4 page is 8.5*11 inch,if your content is greater than the report size then it will move the columns to the next .

May be I don't understand your problem. But you could set page size at Report Builder by right click at an empty area:

"Report Properties" -> "Page Setup"
