How to send all reports in PDF format through email on daily basis.

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I have to send an email to the users on daily basis. The email should have an attachment of all the reports in pdf format.

I tried out the subscription option on Power BI services. However It doesn't allow to select multiple report pages in one subscription.

I think currently it is not supported by Power BI however is there anyone who is using any work around please let me know.

I checked for external tool also but they will charge.

Hi @Anonymous, 

This solution requires a form of dedicated capacity (Embedded or Premium), but you should be able to get it to run fairly cost efficient.

You could make use of the preview Export to file API call, to export the reports you need with filters, security, .. present.
