How to remove a Member (Owner) from your reports

I inadvertantly added a few people to my report with Member (Owner) Permissions. However, there is no 3 dot elipse to modify those priviledges to be Read/Reshare.

Please adise how I either modify this users permissions or remove the users so I can add them with the proper permissions.

If they have member (owner) access, then their access was granted at the workspace level

You will need to remove their access from the workspace in which the report resides
