I'm an expert in the Power BI Service and am clueless on how to get to a screen.
I can access it from the email when a user requests access to an app, but I cannot find this specific screen in the Workspace or the App publishing permissions.
How in the world do you get here from the links in the workspace/app? https://app.powerbi.com/groups/***/permission/apps/***/directAccess?experience=power-bi
Hi @pb1051 ,
Firstly , you can click the app you want to grant access to people:
and then you can add user:
You can choose the app Audience:
If you share it with a user outside the organization, he will receive an email and click on grant access to pull it in, then he can see the authorized app content.

Hey @pb1051 ,
When you click on the elipses for the semantic model in the workspace like this:
You will go to the Permissions page like this:
The user will be listed as "Pending" or "Requested" in the "Permissions" column I believe. If not, it is also listed next to "Direct Access" as "Pending" in the header.
Is that one you are looking for? If not, I think that the exact link you have is gotten to by doing this:
Or, if you are looking for the App or Workspace level request, just open the Workspace and you will see something like this:
And then, you can click on the box next to the person and select Approve (or Deny)
And then you get the box that will let you know which Audience to put that person into.

Hi @collinq ,
First of all, thank you for your detailed guide.
Unfortunately, this is not the screen that I am attempting to access. I understand the management of Audiences and permissions in the regular App publishing, but what I'm thinking is that Microsoft has a permissions management screen that can only be accessed through the email request and I think it would be good to have access to this screen in a more accessible way.
This is the email you receive as the App owner:
This is the screen where you manage App permissions after clicking "Grant Access" in this email and is the one that can only be accessed through the email and not in the web interface.
It would be nice to be able to access this screen from the Power BI Service interface.
HI @pb1051 ,
I do not see any way to just do it yourself directly. I tested on my own system by typing in the Group ID and the App but that didn't work for me.

Thanks for testing. I'd really like this app permissions page to be accessible from the interface.
