How to manage personal users specific sheets ?

Hello, Is there a way to use PowerBI worspaces so that :

- IT developers have full control on main pbix (or I mean Dataset / Report).

- Powers users can make additional sheets with personal graphics

- When IT publish/refresh the pbix, all main pbix sheets and graphics are refreshed BUT personal Power users additional sheets are kept (if still compatible with the last dataset version) ?

Hi @Bebs ,

In this scenario, we recommend that you use the Power BI App. Apps are created by Power BI designers who distribute and share the apps with their colleagues.

You can publish reports to the workspace of Power BI Service from Power BI Desktop and package the reports you want to share in the workspace as an app.

Make any changes you want to the dashboards or reports.

The workspace is your staging area, so your changes aren't live in the app until you publish again. This lets you make changes without affecting the published apps.
