How to manage data refresh when source data is occasionally empty?

I have a data model with several tables that refresh daily.  There are cases where the source data for 1 or 2 tables are empty and this causes the entire data refresh to fail.  Is there a way to accept the blank data source and simply clear out the table in these cases? TIA!

Hi @Peter_PPSA

What I would suggest doing is at the data source layer where it comes into Power Query to have a check to see if the table is empty. If it is empty then possibly put in a single dummy row. This will ensure that there is data for the table and not cause the refresh to fail?

Currently there is no other way I know of that this will work.
