How to make the more then 3 condition using DAX with IF condition

Hi All,

Please find the below mentioned coulmns like in scenario

Here, I want to filter those who are EMP ID can having last 3month in like for EX.

Continuously same quadrant 1 or 2 ...etc..

Using if condition with how to make calcute column in DAX

Can you please assist me request for this?.

1. Month        Emp I'd.      Slab 
2. May.             4.               Quadrant 4
3. June.           5.                 Quadrant 1
4. July.            6.                 Quadrant 1
5. Aug.           9.                  Quadrant 1
