How to make a write back function?

I want to make a write-back function for commenting as I need to store them in the system. Like if I publish an inventory analysis report and users make comments on it.I want to store the comments who liked who commented when they commented and what date and time it was. Is it possible to get this type of history if I publish it online and the people who made the comments it store their data in my ERP system or any excel file if I export it?

At the moment you are limited to using PowerApps visuals, or commercial (paid) visuals that implement write-back in various scary ways  (third parties handling your data).
