I have some sales data in a Excel workbook located in a company shared folder which is used by multiple countries. Each week different locations add their sales data to the Excel workbook. I want to connect to that Excel file, make some adjustments in PowerBi and then see the new data each week entered by the different locations. Also I want to share this report with other people. How do I do this? I try to link to the Excel file but when new data is entered in Excel there are no new figures in PowerBi.

Hi @KasperJ90 ,
What type get data methods you used? Import to power bi or upload excel workbook? If you mean import , you can enable scheduled refresh on dataset side to apply auto refresh on this file.
Configure scheduled refresh
If you mean upload mode, I'd like to suggest you to upload it to onedrive or sharepoint and get data from these online drivers, it will enable onedrive refresh on this file. (upload mode workbook not able to enable scheduler refresh, you need to manually refresh them)
