How to know if approaching Workspace size limit? | Is my understanding of data size limits correct?

Is the below correct?

We have ~30 Pro users (& no Premium), thus we have ~300GB of total storage space in Power BI.

Each workspace however, is limited to 10GB.

We have one workspace that we reserve for Dataflows and (resusable) Datasets.  Seems likely we'd hit 10GB.  But, there's no way to know how much space we're actually taking?

The proactive solution would just be to split this Workspace into 2?

Bonus:  My co-worker mentioned a '10GB limit for Dataflows' - but there's no specific limit to Dataflow sizes, right?
