How to give permissions for app for 2000 users?

I found this sentence in Microsoft documentation:
"You can have at most 100 users or groups in the access list for the app. However, you can give more than 100 users access to the app. To do so, use one or more user groups that contain all the desired users."

What does the rest of the sentence mean - can you have one group including 2000 users?

Hi @MiraNi ,

Yes, you can add large number users into one group. However, too many members may take longer to process. If when you add into a group and it takes too long, you could try to create other groups to implement it.
