How to give access to an user to one particular report which is hosted in Premium capacity in Power BI Sevice? Can users part of that workspace can view all the reports or only that particular report which has been given access?

Hi you can try just sharing the single content like this:

I thought it wasn't possible but the doc says: "Your recipients also need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity."

if you give access to workspace level you can't limit access to a specific report.
