How to format specific row in Matrix income statement

I have a report as below and wondering if certain rows can be formatted (background colour, font). For example Net Sales below different background

There is some limitation to what is allowed with custom formular, but the following is possible by adjusting the cell format. You can create a measure for the background color, and use it in the colour function.
