How to find the name of the reports which are accessible by a particular user

Hii ,

I want to find out the list of reports which are accessible by a paricular user .Like for each report , there is a sharing section. In that we can add the user .So ,that he/she can directly access to the report .Likewise we do for all the reports .So in this scenario , if we want to find out for a particular user what are the dashboards  which are available( for direct access)  then we have check each and every dashboard manually .But instead of checking each and every report to know who has the direct access to the report , is there any method where we can enter the details(it could be mail or other information) of a user and we will get what are reports that are directly accessible by the user .

Use the scanner api to collect the permissions for all workspaces and their artifacts, then filter by that user. NOTE: Access can be given to distribution lists, so you will need to explode these too.
